    My Flight Pack ™️ contains three sachets with each its own purpose. Mix their content with water and drink. To maximize the effects of My Flight Pack ™️, you should make sure to take into consideration your itinerary. If you're arriving at your destination by day, you should drink PREP before boarding the flight, REST after the first meal or when you want to get some rest and finally WAKE along with your breakfast or when you arrive. Conversely, if you're arriving by night you should just drink PREP before boarding the flight, but change the order of WAKE and REST. That way you will keep yourself hydrated, but also help your body adjust to you new timezone.
